Black Friday Offers – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Black Friday promotions, offers, and gift voucher purchases made between 28–30 November 2025 (“Black Friday Weekend”). By purchasing or redeeming any of our Black Friday offers, you agree to the following terms:

1. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A limited number of physical gift vouchers are available.
• There is no limit per person on the number of vouchers that can be purchased.
• Vouchers must be purchased during the Black Friday Weekend (28–30 November 2025). Purchases made before or after these dates may be refused or voided at our discretion.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
• Physical vouchers are valid for 12 months from 1 January 2026 and expire on 31 December 2026.
• Online vouchers do not expire.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed until after 1 January 2026.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers are transferable, but it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient understands and agrees to these terms.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

2. Opulence Facial Package Offer

• The Opulence Facial Package consists of three 60-minute Opulence Facials, each including a complimentary LED Light Therapy add-on (10 minutes).
• You pay for three treatments and receive the LED add-on free of charge.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the package.
• A consultation form must be completed prior to your first treatment.
• Your first treatment must be booked through our online booking system.
• Your second and third appointments will be scheduled in person during your first visit to the studio.
• Treatments must be taken within 12 months of purchase.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.

3. Free Brow Shape with Lash Treatment Offer

• A free brow shape is available only with any lash treatment purchased during Black Friday Weekend (28–30 November 2025).
• The brow shape must be booked at the same time as your lash appointment and performed immediately after your lash treatment.
• The free brow shape cannot be booked for a separate date or time.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

4. Complimentary Festive Bubbly

• From 1 December 2025, all treatments include a complimentary glass of bubbly to celebrate the Christmas season.
• This offer is subject to availability.
• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive the complimentary drink.
• Non-alcoholic alternatives are available upon request.

5. General Terms

• All payments must be made in full and upfront to secure any offer or treatment booking.
• All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Appointments are subject to our standard booking and cancellation policy.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute equivalent services or reschedule appointments.
• By purchasing or redeeming any Black Friday offer, you agree to comply with all studio policies, including health and safety requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are not adhered to.
